Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller for Seasonal Asia 50+ is Marek Dyk, acting as a private individual. For privacy questions, consent withdrawal, access or deletion requests, email aiclarity50plus@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

We collect only the information you choose to submit through the experience, founding-session and invited tester-feedback forms. This may include your name, optional or required email depending on the form, country, broad age band, device type, travel experience, questions and website feedback. We use it to organise the research community, contact consenting participants and improve the website and its practical destination guidance.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

How submissions may be used

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing. Experience submissions may be edited, summarised or anonymised for community research. We will contact you before publishing your full name. Fully anonymised material may be retained because it no longer identifies you.

Storage, service providers and retention

Submissions are stored in the website's hosted database. Technical providers used to host and operate the website may process data only to provide those services. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable safeguards where required.

We retain identifiable submissions for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or until you withdraw consent or ask for earlier deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Read the official GDPR text or the UODO guidance on individual rights.

Please do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit medical records, passport details, payment-card data or other sensitive personal information. The website provides educational planning information, not personalised immigration, tax, financial, insurance or medical advice.
